Old terracotta biscuit tiles with hand-painted enamel coating and subjected to annealing to increase resistance and waterproofing, the decorations are floral or geometric with rich and garish colours.

Antique walls and pavings coverings and recovered in period residences and palaces in Sorrento, Amalfi, Sicily and southern Italy in general.
